Low Set Installation – Contact your local Cooltime installer for a fixed price
We will install your split system air conditioner, including all Pipe work, Interconnect Cables, Drain tubing and connection to power with electrical Certificate of compliance. All necessary labour for this outstanding all inclusive fixed price. We allow for 3000mm of pipe work, (charges will apply for extra pipe work) unit will be fully installed tested and commissioned. Upon completion we will demonstrate how the unit works, and provide for you an Invoice and fill out your warranty details.


High Set Installation – contact your local Cooltime installer for a fixed price
We will install your split system air conditioner, including all Pipe work, (charges will apply for extra pipe work) Interconnect Cables, Drain tubing and connection to power with electrical Certificate of compliance. All necessary labour for this outstanding all inclusive price. We allow for 5000mm of pipe work, unit will be fully installed tested and commissioned. Upon completion we will demonstrate how the unit works, and provide for you an Invoice and fill out your warranty details.

Prices are based on followings

1. Back to Back installation. So internal unit is mounted on a flat external facing wall. Compressor unit is sited directly behind this externally.

2. Clear access internally and externally, please ensure we have immediate unobstructed and cleared access to begin installation

3. A flat ground base for the placement of the outdoor unit, if slopping extra charges may apply

4. Installation of air conditioner only, extras are listed below in what is not included

5. Standardized home/property construction with ceiling space. Brick veneer, timber frame. Extras apply to double brick construction, concrete panel type or limited ceiling space (for electrical circuit back to the switch board

6. Ground floor and first floor installations only, on private premises. Please note , we do not deal with your Body Corp. Should you need their permission for installation, we need a copy of their agreement in writing prior to installation

What is Included ?

1. Insulated R410a copper, as per pricing structure above - for low and high set homes

2. Interconnecting cables, from internal head unit to external compressor

3. Drain hose, continuous flexi drain, high performance type

4. UV resistant trunking Duct , 1 x Duct and 1 x Wall Caps, in cream plastic. 90mm sized ( 100mm hi-flow extra )

5. All labour to install the air conditioner

6. Electrical connection and Certificate of compliance

7. 2 x 450mm x 450mm concrete pavers for the outdoor unit to be placed on

8. All fixings

9. Testing, commissioning and handover

10. Your system will be entered onto our data base and once a year you will be contacted for a service

What is not Included ?

1. Supply of Aircon is not included, you need to supply your own system

2. De-commissioning and removal of existing Aircon - charges apply –consult with you Cooltime installer for this

3. Installation of aircons in locations other than specified herein-charges will apply

4. Installation of the indoor unit on an internal wall-this will require a condensate lift pump and extra piping-extra charges will apply 5. Extra travel charges may apply

* please note fixed price guarantee applies to standard run of pipe work and interconnects. Wherever possible if extras are required we notify you before we commence work. Standard run is 3 metres of pipe work/cabling/drain/interconnect cables. All prices are based on back to back installations. This price promise does not apply to ancillary, non standard installations or electrical work by third parties.
